Ejemplo:

This is the new suit of Mr. Robin.                              It’s Mr. Robin´s new suit.

This is the house of my mother.                               This is my mother´s house.

These are the new shoes of Mrs. Kent.                   These are Mrs. Kent´s new shoes.

Ejercicios de práctica

A. Realiza el cambio de las siguientes oraciones a possessive form.

  1. These are the earrings of Donna.                     _
  2. This is the pencil of Carl.
  3. These are the shoes of Rose.
  4. These are the pants of Tom.
  5. This is the T.V of Paul.
  6. This is the notebook of Tom.
  7. These are the pictures of John.
  8. These are the candies of Sam.
  9. These are the pencils of Carol.
  10. This is the dress of Rose.
  11. This is the pen of Jim.
  12. This is the test of Pat.

B. Realiza el cambio de form possessive a form possessie form.

  1. This is Mr. Kent´s office.
  2. That is Carl´s baby.
  3. These are Tom´s toys.
  4. This is my mother´s dress.
  5. This is Jim´s cigarette.

C. Realiza el cambio de possessive adjetives a possessive pronouns.

  1. This is your car.
  2. That is your notebook.
  3. These are their suits.
  4. This is his pen.
  5. This is my blouse.
  6. This is her bed.

D. Observa el siguiente ejemplo y responde a las preguntas.

Ejemplo:  Whose blouse is this?  It´s hers.
